3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via
email to monitor your delivery in real time.
4. Shipping Delays
Global Deal Hub is not responsible for delays caused by carriers,
customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Please contact our support team if your order is significantly delayed.
5. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery
with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue with a
replacement or full refund.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check
with neighbors or building management, contact the carrier, and then
reach out to our support team if unresolved.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your address is accurate before placing your order.
Global Deal Hub is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect
address provided by the customer.
