Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items

- Opened personal care or hygiene products
- Downloadable or digital products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
